I enjoy all of the Big Shoulders coffees that I have tried, but the Columbia is always my go to. It just has a nice balance and flavor. It is fun to have a change of pace now and then, but I always go back to the Columbia because it is my main stay!
These guys know what they are doing. SL28 is unforgiving if you roast it wrong. No wonder why they are getting the awards for master roasters in the US. Dont think twice, this is a great Kenyan expression, even from a less celebrated state- kudos to Big Shoulders coffee
Big shoulders has been my monthly subscription order since covid. Im a pour over snob, and they deliver beans that meet or exceed my snobbery. I put their stickers all over north america in ski resorts and approach parking lots.
Send me more hotdogs stickers... love you guys.
I have been buying this coffee for several years. We have it shipped to our home as we do not live in Chicago. It has a wonderful flavor and aroma and no bitterness
One of my favorite things to do after opening a new bag of coffee is to smell the beans. You can usually tell if they will make a great cup of coffee. This one does not disappoint and I highly recommend. I like to do a pour over with a teaspoon of turbinado sugar!
I took a chance on this one. I prefer my coffee light, citrusy & fruity. This one really is as described with the warm nutmeg up front & mild fruitiness. Consequently, it’s seems a little darker than my preference, but it’s quite enjoyable.
I liked this coffee, it has a pleasant taste and aroma, there is no bitterness, for cappuccino and latte it is an ideal option for me. Therefore, I recommend it to anyone who really loves delicious and delicate coffee.
1848 is my absolute favorite espresso roast. Every cup from my Ninja Cafe is perfect with these beans.
Love this coffee. It grinds a little coarse, so its easy to burn through a ton of it if your grinder is not dialed in. But it is so yummy, and not too acidic. Great stuff.
